As-Is Process Definition

DSI will work with client user communities to document current contracting and contracting related processes and the operational contracting environment for client communities.  DSI will produce process and data flow diagrams, organization and responsibility charts, legacy system functionality and interactions, and external communications.  As-is process documentation will serve as starting point for to-be process documentation and as the initial state for the process transition plan.

To-Be Process Definition

DSI will work with client decision-makers to document target processes that align with the goals, capabilities, and restrictions of the defined to-be solution.  DSI will produce process and data flow diagrams, organization and responsibility charts, target system functionality and interactions, and external communications and methods.  To-be process documentation will serve as the final state for the process transition plan.
