Business Transition Planning

DSI will evaluate the as-is and to-be process documentation to identify the process, organization, role, etc. changes that will be needed to move to the to-be process.  Working with client stakeholders, DSI will develop a process transition plan that will guide the user community through this transition.  The transition plan will prescribe all change management activities, from expectation setting to training to guidance documentation needed to effectively accomplish the transition.  The plan will include activity descriptions, timeframes, and responsible teams.
