Installation & Upgrade Support

DSI will provide system administration experts to work with specified client IT staff to install the necessary hardware and software within the client infrastructure and configure servers and PCs appropriately.  DSI will help to troubleshoot and resolve installation, configuration and communication issues.  DSI installation support extends to version upgrades.
