Generic Implementation

Includes management of DSI activities related to an initial implementation of AAMS where no customization or additional tasks are involved.  The PM will serve as the single POC for client management on all implementation activities and will directly manage or track completion of work at DSI.

Custom Project

Includes management of DSI activities related to an initial implementation of AAMS involving customization or additional tasks.  The PM will serve as the single POC for client management on all implementation activities and will directly manage or track completion of work at DSI.
