Requirements Definition

DSI will work with specific client or integrator staff to formulate and document high-level requirements and detailed requirements or specifications for custom integration, data conversion, reports, utilities, or application software.  Requirements formulation will consider the goals, processes, and systems, organizations, and roles from the Solution Definition and will serve as the basis for functional and/or technical design.
