Roll-out Planning

DSI will support clients in preparing for roll out to the user community.  DSI analysts will support the clients in developing a roll out schedule that details activities and their timeframes that must be completed prior to live operations.  Roll out planning will consider software releases, testing, integration development, data conversion, client workload, documentation, change management activities, training, and installation.
