Solution Definition

DSI will work with client program stakeholders to document the goals of the desired contracting solution and the system's high-level processes, organizations, interfaces, and infrastructure involved.  The solution definition will ultimately reflect a system perspective, mapping processes and inputs/outputs to specific systems, identify system user communities, defining interactions between systems, and identifying the infrastructure required to support the systems.
