Custom User Guides

DSI will tailor the standard user guide(s) for our products to reflect the specific to-be processes, terminology, configurations, standards, etc. of the user community. 

Quick Reference Guides

DSI will work with the user community to identify common and/or complex business scenarios that users must carry out and, for each scenario, develop a quick reference guide that walks the user the step-by-step through the scenarios.  Quick reference guides will include manual steps, system inputs, required analysis or approvals, etc.  Ideally, quick reference guides can help users with limited system experience carry out specific scenarios in accordance with standard practices without any additional assistance.

Other Documentation

DSI will work with client stakeholders to identify and scope out additional documentation deemed necessary to implement or operate the solution.
