New User Training

Comprehensive End Training

A comprehensive, end-user training class that combines instructor-led lecture with hands-on user exercises at a pace that supports inexperienced users.  Generally takes place at client training facilities or can be delivered at DSI's training facility in Reston, Va.   DSI provides all training materials and a training environment available via the internet.  DSI will distribute feedback surveys to users, follow up on user questions not answered during the course of the session, and provide users with certificates of completion.  Course does not include system administration functions.

Tailor Training Material

DSI will work with a user community to tailor our standard AAMS training material to reflect client-specific business processes, product configurations, terminology, policies, interfaces, reports, etc.
