Refresher / Upgrade Training

Refresher Training

A hands-on, instructor-led refresher training class aimed at users who have used AAMS or have been through new user training but have been away from the system for a while, changed roles, or otherwise need to refresh their skills.  DSI's instructor will work up front with the user community to determine the specific topics to be covered over the course of 2 days, then conduct the session itself.

New Feature Training

A session up to one day long to bring existing users up to speed on the changes and new features that have been added to AAMS since the last quarterly release.  Clients can choose between an instructor-led, hands on session or an instructor-led, lecture-only session.  DSI will provide updates to the standard training material to cover the new functionality.

Customized Training

Upgrade Tailored Training Material

Updates to AAMS functionality may drive downstream updates to DSI's standard AAMS training material.  Consequently, if DSI's standard AAMS training material has been customized for a specific user community, the customized material may need to be updated, as well.  In this case, DSI will work with the user community to update the customized material to reflect the new product functionality.  DSI will also work to update custom training material to reflect changed business processes, product configurations, etc.
