Impact Assessment
Following the release of a DSI product update, DSI will assess
the product changes against the current business processes
(documented in custom user guides, to-be process definitions, etc.)
to identify processes that may be impacted and describe the nature
of the impacts. DSI will deliver a Change Impact Assessment
document to the client that describe the analysis results.
Update To-Be Process Definition
DSI will work with the user community to define changes to the
previously developed to-be processes that are driven by the change
impact assessment. DSI will update the to-be process to reflect the
changes.
Other Documentation
DSI will update the Custom Users Guide to reflect the updated
process definition. DSI will update the quick reference guides to
reflect the updated Custom Users Guide and To-Be Process
Definition. DSI will update other documentation, as appropriate, to
incorporate changes introduced in the new product release. |
